Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 4 is investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Monday, December 29, in Breckinridge County. At approximately 5:00 pm, KSP Post 4 troopers were notified of a two-vehicle head-on collision near the four-mile marker of KY 79. According to the Kentucky State Police, Elizabethtown Post, they responded to a two vehicle collision in Meade County on Thursday, December 25.
