Meade County General Election -- the results are in

Meade Countians had their opportunity to have their voices heard at the ballot box yesterday in the 2026 General Election. Meade County has 22,575 registered voters, but only 9,074 citizens cast a vote. The voter turnout for Meade County was 40.1%. Neighboring counties and the state had similar turnouts, with Breckenridge County coming in at 42.3%, Hardin County was 40.1% and the state turnout was 42.6%.
