Mary Ann Neff, age 68, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 3, 1958, in New Albany, IN, daughter of the late George Calvin Neff and Mary Josephine Autry. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janie Rigdon; and brothers, Ellis Neff and Jack Neff.

Mary worked as a machine operator at Stone Containers for several years. She enjoyed travelling, especially to Gatlinburg, TN, and she also loved going to the lake. She was a talented cook and baker and, although she had many amazing dishes, no-bake cookies were her specialty. She always had something sweet in the kitchen for them to enjoy, and everyone knew that when you went to Mamaw’s house you would be taken care of. Mary fought a courageous battle with breast cancer for 10 years and faced it with bravery and grace. Her strength was beyond compare. Mary’s pride and joy was her family, especially her precious grandkids. She was a devoted mother, sister, partner, Mamaw, and friend, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children, Jeremy Teeter, Brittany (Steven) Wolz, and Matthew Teeter; brothers, Larry Neff, Michael Neff, David Neff, Lanny Neff, and Mark Neff; her life partner, Robert Hutton, Jr.; and four grandchildren that she loved tremendously, Emily Teeter, Mason Wolz, JoAnn Teeter, and Haley Wolz.

Visitation will be held at Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 3:00-8:00 P.M. and will continue Saturday morning from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Saint John’s Pentecostal Church Cemetery (3198 Saint Johns Road, Greenville Township, Floyd County, Indiana)
