Lisa Marie Nordenhold

Lisa Marie Harrop Nordenhold, age 62, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024 at home. 

She was born on March 10, 1962 to Paula Ruth Benham Harrop and to the late Edward Oliver Harrop. Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Henry Nordenhold and brother, Kelley Harrop. 

Lisa worked on retirement accounts in banking for many years. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Lisa lived in New York for several years with her husband. She was a talented knitter and enjoyed making gifts for her family. 

She is survived by her mother, Paula; brothers, Paul Harrop, Neil Harrop; sister, Allison (Andrew) Willis; nieces and nephews, Veronica (Nick) Jones, April, Matthew (Keeley) Willis, Christopher, Ana, and Isabella Willis; great nephews and nieces, Jason Hesson, Brandon, Madison, and Sophia Diehl as well as her best friend and companion, Ranger the Labrador.  

Visitation will be held at Bruington- Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 11:00 A.M to 11:30 A.M. 

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11:30 A.M. from the Chapel of the Funeral Home with Matthew Willis officiating with burial to follow in Bethel Church Cemetery in Brandenburg, KY.
