Breckinridge County man who unleashed terror on Judicial Center, sending multiple members of Sheriff’s Office to hospital, is charged



On Tuesday, February 20, Christopher Pascoe, of Irvington, entered the Breckinridge County Judicial Center and unleashed terror when he began dousing an unknown substance from his garden sprayer on anyone who intervened, sending the Sheriff and multiple Deputies for medical attention after they detained the 31-year-old.


Pascoe was lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center late Tuesday night at 11:34 p.m. He has been charged with menacing, criminal use of a noxious substance, disarming a peace officer, kidnapping - adult, disorderly conduct (2nd degree), terroristic threatening (2nd degree), wanton endangerment - police officer (2nd degree), fleeing or evading police - on foot (1st degree), and resisting arrest.
