Meade County Sheriff's Office To Host Public Discussion On Flock Cameras

The Meade County Sheriff's Office will host a community town hall Wednesday evening, September 9th on the subject of Flock Cameras.

The meeting will take place beginning at 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at the Meade County Courthouse, 516 Hillcrest Drive in Brandenburg, and will feature a demonstration of flock cameras, community feedback, open discussion, and a question and answer session.

The event is hosted by the Meade County Sheriff's Office and is open to the public.

Flock cameras are designed to photograph passing vehicles and log information to assist law enforcement and communities in crime investigations. Flock cameras have received recent public scrutiny, however, due to privacy concerns.
