Beverly K Chandler

Beverly K. “Momma Kay” Chandler, age 70 of Irvington, KY passed away at home on January 30, 2024.  

She was born on April 18, 1953 in Yellow Bank, KY; daughter of the late Robert Arnold and Pauline Mitchell Arnold. Along with her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her brothers, Herman Kroush, Donald Arnold, Eddie Arnold, Bobby Arnold, Carlisle Arnold, and Roland Arnold.

Beverly attended English Baptist Church.  She was a caregiver all her life; and loved to take care of her home and her husband.  She cared for the elderly, young  children, and worked as a CNA. She retired from Kroger in Brandenburg.  She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  He favorite title was “Momma Kay”.  She loved to cook and did it quite well.    

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael R. “Elmer Fudd” Chandler; children, Jason (Robin Duke) Bennett of Rhodelia, Brandy (Shannon) Hunter of Radcliff, Carrie (Bubby) Manska of Vine Grove, and Mandy Chandler of Hodgenville; sisters, Norma Wirth, Mary Jo Manning, Waunita Denny, and Anna Rita (Sonny) Mayes; brother, Larry (Connie) Arnold; grandchildren, Claxton, Braxton, Amanda, Devon, Haley, Morgan, and Peyton; great-grandchildren, Ava, Cora, Lilly, Amelia, Annabell, and Bowman; and several other children she loved and adored.

A Celebration of life will be held from Blue River Island Baptist Church in Battletown, on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. EST. with pastor Bonnie Martin-Duke officiating.
