Sheila (Curl) Howe

Sheila “Mimi” Howe, 67, of Radcliff, KY passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY with her family by her side.

She was an avid Bingo player, her enthusiasm and joy for the game brought smiles to all who played alongside her. But it was not just in games of chance that Sheila excelled; she was also renowned as the queen of Jeopardy, her sharp mind and quick wit making her an unbeatable opponent. She was also an avid reader who enjoyed watching scary movies but her selfless nature was perhaps most evident in her desire to help others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George David Howe; a son, Jeremy Howe; a grandson, William Aaron Howe; two brothers, Darrell Curl, Franklin Curl; and a sister, Glenda Curl.

Mrs. Howe is survived by one daughter, Rebecca “Becky” Arthur; four grandchildren, Devon Arthur, Jordan Duzik (Cameron), Caley Howe, Darian Howe; her mother, Alma Lambert; two brothers, Timothy Curl, Stephen Curl; two sisters, Lisa Brown, Brenda Stallins; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Friday, September 19, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Howe will be held at 7:00 PM, Friday, September 19, 2025 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Hinckley officiating.
