Karlie Odele Haycraft

Miss Karlie Odele Haycraft, age 29, of Brandenburg, KY, tragically passed away with her boyfriend, Trenton Thomas, on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Karlie was known for her vibrant personality and her infectious smile that would light up any room. Her life revolved around the fierce love she had for her girls who she protected and cared for no matter what the circumstance.

Karlie was preceded in death by her sister, Madisyn Gardner; and her brother, Brian Lee Harned. She is survived by her daughters, JoLee and Lily; her parents, Dana and Scott Harned and Shawn (Misty) Gardner; three siblings, Riley Gardner and son, Rowan, Ava Gardner and Peyton Russell; her grandparents, Randy and Nancy Smith, Donnie and Lisa Gardner and Billy and Denise Boothe; her aunts and uncles, David Smith, Julie (Darren) Jones, Deanna (Jerett) Barr, Mike (Jessica) Harned, Justin (Rachel) Harned, Danthia (Ricky) Dowell, Jalene Wheeler, Latisha (Kyle) Hardesty, Dagan Boothe and Don (Tammy) Howell; and many beloved cousins.

Funeral services will be held jointly with Trenton at 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Knott and Deacon Greg Beavin officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to a trust for Karlie’s girls’ education that will be established at The Cecilian Bank, 302 By-Pass Road, Brandenburg, KY 40108. Checks may be made payable to the Karlie Haycraft Memorial Fund c/o The Cecilian Bank.
