Philip Martin Millay

Mr. Philip Martin Millay, age 46, of Prospect, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at his residence.  Philip was born May 4, 1977, the son of Harold and Susan Millay. 

Philip was a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He had many interests and hobbies, but especially loved to read, fish, and spend as much time with his grandchildren as possible.

Philip is survived by his mother, Susan Guelda Millay; seven brothers and sisters, Harold Joseph (Kim) Millay, Jr., Beth (Chris) Brink, Tim (Kathi) Millay, John Millay, Mark (Etta) Millay, Peter (Lenore) Millay, Paul (Shannan) Millay; two sons, Austin (Catherine) Millay, and Jonathan Millay; two grandchildren, Ezra and Mason Millay; his special friends, Jim, Jay, Chad, Clifton, Jason, Tom, Tim, George and Melissa; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 1, 2024, at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, with Rev. Toan Do, officiating.  Cremation will follow mass.  Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, and at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of mass on Friday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to any charity that benefits mental health.
