Pamela Kay Frederick

Pamela Kay Curl Frederick, age 67, of Palmyra, IN, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 28, 1957, in Brandenburg, KY, daughter of Eunice Lee Singleton Pollock and the late Ben Frank Curl, Sr. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by a son, David B. Frederick; and step-father, John Henry Pollock.

Pam was a graduate of Meade County High School and worked for ORR Safety as an accounts payable specialist for a number of years. She was a member of the Wolf Creek Baptist church and adored her church family.

Pam was the type of person that would light up any room she came into. She had an infectious smile and an incredible sense of humor, and if you were around her, you were sure to laugh. She liked being outdoors and doing things such as fishing, camping, and horseback riding. She also enjoyed crocheting and reading. Above all else, Pam loved and cherished her family with her entire heart. She went above and beyond to make her family and friends feel special, and made sure that every moment she had with them was memorable. She was a devoted wife, sister, mother, and friend to many, and she will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert M. “Bob” Frederick; children, Michael (Crissy Capehart) Frederick and Robert (Michelle Weathers) Frederick II; her mother, Eunice Pollock; sister, Carlette (Harry “Bill”) Miller; brothers, John Henry Pollock, Jr., James Pollock, David (Vanessa) Wright, and John (Julie) Curl; step-mother, Donna Curl; grandchildren, Brandon Frederick, Ryan Frederick, and Robert Glenn Frederick; and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 10:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. EDT.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. with Bro. Tom Bridge officiating. Cremation will follow.
