It's that time of the year once again! The school year has come to a close, with Thursday being the final day for students in Meade County, and graduation is set to take place this evening (Friday, May 23rd, 2025) at 8:00pm Eastern at Hamilton Field.

The weather looks to be great for the typical outdoor graduation ceremony and might even feel more like a Friday night football game in the fall, with high temperatures just shy of 70 degrees forecast for a Friday and lows dipping down into the 40s Friday night.

For those who wish to attend this year's Meade County High School graduation ceremony, there will be parking available at the MCHS campus; however parking typically fills up farily quickly at the high school, according to officials with Meade County Schools, and there is limited handicaped parking available. An alternative option and perhaps the best for those who have mobility issues will be to take advantage of the shuttles running from other schools in Brandenburg. There will be parking available at Barry Hahn Primary, David T Wilson Elementary, and Stuart Pepper Middle School, with a shuttle service transporting folks to the high school from 6pm to 8pm, and of course a return shuttle following the ceremony.

If you have any questions, the Meade County Board of Education can be reached at 270-422-7500. WMMG says congratulations to the graduating class of 2025!
