Harold "Joe" Bandy

Harold “Joe” Bandy, age 73 of Cloverport, KY passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Fern Terrace in Owensboro, KY.

He was born on August 6, 1952, in Meade County, son of the late Wrather Jordan and Tula Blissitt-Bandy. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Dorothy (Bill) Washer of Morgantown, KY; Betty Bandy of Morgantown, KY; LaVona Greer, of Cloverport, KY and twin brothers Willard Bandy of Irvington, KY and Lillard Bandy of Florida. 

Joe is survived by his four remaining brothers, Randall (Linda) Bandy of Guston, KY, Howard (Mary) Bandy, of Guston KY, David Bandy of Harned, KY and Lloyd Bandy of Central City, KY, along with several nieces and nephews. 

He will be laid to rest in Bethel Cemetery next to his parents. Details of the service is to be determined.
