Gregory Brown

Mr. Gregory Allen Brown, age 62, of Payneville, KY, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, from injuries sustained in an accident.  Greg was born January 28, 1961, the son of Donnie and Margaret Benham Brown.  He loved the outdoors, but especially enjoyed hunting.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents; his paternal grandparents, Claude and Susie Brown; and his maternal grandparents, Garland and Zula Benham and Ruby Benham.  He is survived by his daughters, Sharon Arroyo and Jennifer Maxey; his sons, Ralph and Stephen Clater; four grandchildren, Nikolas and Addison Arroyo and Brayden and Baylee Maxey; two brothers, Kerry Brown, and Scotty Brown and his wife, Pam; and 13 nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, January 5, 2023, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Deacon Greg Beavin officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Payneville, KY.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 PM on Thursday, and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
