Bill Sinnett

William O. “Bill” Sinnett, 80, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the Indian Creek Healthcare Center, Corydon, IN.  

Mr. Sinnett served with honor and distinction in the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Army. Bill was an avid gardener but his life was marked by the time he devoted to his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Mary Lee Rigsby Sinnett; five siblings, Arthur Lamar Sinnett, Harold Ray Sinnett, Sue Carol Sinnett, Virginia Knott and Barbara Dye.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Vivian Biddle Sinnett; one brother, Roger Dale Sinnett; three nephews, David Lucas, Dale Lucas, Willy Lucas; a niece, Ellen Hendley; a sister-in-law, Mary Lucas (Tom); his beloved dog, Toti; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM, Monday, March 31, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mr. Sinnett will be held at 12:30 PM, Monday, March 31, 2025 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home with Brother Ben Underhill officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
