On January 18, 2024, Abagail Sandy White, left this world. She was employed at Dunkin Donuts on Fort Knox and had recently accepted a position at the beauty counter in the Fort Knox PX. She loved make-up and planned to attend cosmetology school one day. Abagail was a 2021 graduate of Meade County High School where she served as Drama Club President her senior year.
Abagail was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Doris Hernbrode; her great grandfather, DeGene White; and two other great grandmothers, Margaret White and Sadye (Myrle) Neas. She is survived by her son, Jules; her mother, Tina; her father, Steve; her brother, Kevin; and her boyfriend, Angelo, with whom she shared the love and joy of raising their son.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Pastor John Hildebrandt officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, and from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Abagail’s father, Steve, for the care of her son, Jules, c/o Hager Funeral Home 633 Bland Street Brandenburg, KY 40108.
