Wm. Jason Brown

   Mr. Wm. Jason Brown, age 52, of Brandenburg, KY, Passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.  Jason was born on December 27, 1973, the son of Thomas D. and Inna Rose (Dowell) Brown.

     Jason was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt, fish, and especially ride his motorcycle.  He used his hands as a welder for many years but also loved to build lego sets with his son Henry while listening to his ever growing and evolving music play list.

     Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Inna Brown; his sister-in-law, Jessica Barr; and his grandparents.  He is survived by his wife, Jennie Brown; two children, Henry Brown, and Alia (John) O’Neal; his father, Thomas Brown; his brother, James (Carol) Brown; his sister, Mary (Jimbo) Schneider; his girlfriend, Suzi Arnold; his nephew, Jimmy (Kelli) Brown; five nieces, Amelia and Amber Schneider, Lily (Blake) Ellis, Tabitha Brown (Steven Dowell), and Ashley; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

     A celebration of Jason’s life will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home, with Jason’s daughter, Alia officiating.  Cremation will follow.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
