Walter Denman Seal

Walter Denman Seal, of Vine Grove, KY (Meade County), a cherished husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather, passed away at the age of 61 on Thursday, December 7, 2023, in Louisville, Kentucky.

 

Walter's life was a testament to the values of dedication, service, and family. He spent a distinguished career in the United States Army before continuing his commitment to the military community through civil service at Fort Knox, Kentucky. His unwavering support for soldiers and their families was evident in every aspect of his work.

 

Walter's passion for life was not dim. He found joy in the simple pleasures of traveling and fishing, activities that he often shared with his loved ones. However, nothing compared to the time he spent with his grandchildren.

 

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Seal, parents, Monroe and Leatrice Seal, who, along with a brother Wesley Seal.

 

Walter is lovingly remembered by his wife of 35 years, Diana Seal. He also leaves behind his sons, Kavin Seal (Fengqin) and Nathan Seal (Brooke), two grandchildren, Julia, Jospeh, his aunt sis, a nephew, Jonathan (Christina), and a host of extended family and friends.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 18,

2023 at the First Christian Church, 1811 N Miles St, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.
