Robert Eugene "Bob" Malone

Mr. Robert Eugene “Bob” Malone, age 80, of Vine Grove, KY, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, May 9, 2026.  Bob was born on February 5, 1946, the son of Willie Frank and Sara Frances (Minor) Malone.

     Bob is survived by 8 children, Bobby Jo Edmonds, Robert Eugene Malone, Jr., Billy Joe Malone, Harold Harris, Jennifer Dowell, Troy Droz, Kathy Armijo, and Harold Pence; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; his brother, Curt Malone; his sister Mary Ann Maupin; and two very close friends, Rosie Carroll, and Pete Moreno.

     Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Ekron Baptist Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Gideon Bible program.
