Patricia Jane (Kirk) Basham

Mrs. Patricia Jane Basham, age 84, of Muldraugh, KY, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.  She was born on June 26, 1941, the daughter of Eddis and Keelen (Pace) Kirk.  Mrs. Basham was a longtime member of Muldraugh United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Basham was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Emma Jean Midkiff.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Donald Day Basham; three children, Tracey (Mike) Decker, Stacey (Charlie) Ashbaugh, and Jason Basham; four grandchildren, Andrew Clark, Kristina Reichmuth, Sara Ashbaugh, and Krystal Basham; three great grandchildren, Charlie and Raylee Reichmuth, and Jameson Devine; her sister, Linda (Jerry) McGrew; and her brother, Eddie (Margie) Kirk.

In honoring Patricia’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation with no public services to be held.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.  Hager Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
