Margaret Lee "Peggy" Adle

Mrs. Margaret L. “Peggy” Adle, age 81, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at her residence.  Peggy was born June 8, 1943, in Oneida, NY, the daughter of James and Violet Quattrocciochi Tornatore.  She had such a loving and caring soul that would do anything for anybody.  She was very proud to be a longtime survivor of breast cancer making the most of the time she was blessed with, volunteering endless amounts of her time and talents raising money for the American Cancer Society through the Meade County Relay for Life.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Merrell E. “Gene” Adle; and her son, Timothy Adle.  She is survived by four children, Kevin Adle, Larry Adle and his wife, Rickey, Daniel Adle and his wife, Kum Yo, and Gina Adle Pierce; eight grandchildren, Skylar Pierce, Cody Adle, Tabitha Hall, Danielle Wooten, Montanna Tornatore, Dalton Tornatore, Samantha Adle, and Angela Pierce; three great grandchildren; and her sister, Alice Honnold.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Sherman Ramsey officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM on Friday, and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday.
