Judith Charlene (Troutman) Moss

Ms. Judith Charlene Moss, age 75, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Charlene was born on March 21, 1949, the daughter of Chester M. and Minnie Chism Troutman.

     Charlene was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Jan Humphrey; and three brothers, Bill, Joe and Gary Troutman.  She is survived by four children, Mark (Joy) Sonner, Teresa (Rick) Grisham, Mary Jo Haralson, and David (Amanda Flock) Sonner; two sisters, Cherry (Richie) Bennett, and Trea (Darrell) Fackler; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

      In honoring Charlene’s wishes, her family has chosen cremation with no public service to be held.
