David Lee Embrey

Mr. David Lee Embrey, age 59, of Battletown, KY, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Bardstown Health and Rehabilitation. David was born on May 5, 1965, the son of Paul David and Peggy Jean (Miller) Embrey, who both preceded him in death. David was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his three brothers, Danny Ray Embrey, Tommy Joe Embrey and Teddy Dewayne Embrey; special friends, Kathy (Joe) Poe; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM, on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Blue River Island Community Center in Battletown, KY. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hager Funeral Home to aid the family with the funeral expenses.
