Cindy Morgan

Cynthia Lynn “Cindy” Morgan, age 48 of Webster, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. 

She was born on June 18, 1977 in Hardinsburg, KY daughter of Anna Morgan and the late Danny Dale “Chig” Morgan.  Along with her father she was preceded in death by her papaws, Harley Morgan and Leonard Estel Johnson; mamaw, Sudie Eugene Johnson; and mother-in-law, Laura Diane Mays.

Cindy was a 1996 BCHS graduate.  She was a wonderful mother, daughter, and partner in crime.  She loved big and her heart was full of love for nature, fishing, and playing jokes on people.  She loved her phone, makeup, and cruising around listening to her music.  Her family was her whole world.

She is survived by her partner of 31 years, Bryan Mays; daughters, Lilly Brooke Mays and Daisy Lynn Mays; mother, Anna Morgan; mamaw, Hannah Morgan; and father-in-law, William J. Mays.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 10-3:00 P.M. EST with a funeral to follow at 3:00 P.M. EST with Rev. Robert Young, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Irvington, KY.
