Monica Faye (Benham) Wardrip

Mrs. Monica Faye Wardrip, age 67, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at her residence.  Monica was born January 14, 1958.  She had many interests, but she lived for her kids and littles and loved to hear the name Mimi come from their lips.

Monica was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Ella Grace Benham; and two brothers, James “Buddy” Benham and Steve Benham.  She is survived by her husband of 47 ½ years, Pat Wardrip; two children, Jonathan Wayne (Stephanie) Wardrip, and James Robert (Stacy Marie) Wardrip; five grandchildren, Jonathan Wayne, Jr., Clarissa, Brandon, Jacy, and Amber Wardrip; her sister, Sheila (Tim) Kendall; her brother, Wesley (Linda) Benham; and her sister-in-law, Kim Benham.

In honoring Monica’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation with no services to be held.  Hager Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
