Mary May House

Mary May House, age 61, of Irvington, KY, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. 

She was born on May 1, 1965, in Mt. View, MO, daughter of the late Marion Benjamin and Betty Ellen McBride. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Lloyd House, and grandsons, Jacob and William. 

Mary loved to be outdoors gardening or fishing. She also enjoyed crafting. Though most of all what she loved and cherished was spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. 

She is survived by her children, Jason (Misty) Earls and Christy (James Absher) Rowan; sister Rosie Wallace; brothers, Jimmy and Bob McBride; grandchildren, Brianna, Mark, Matthew, Baleigh, Chelsy, Morgan, Alivia, Dakota, Cassie, Arizona, and Shyann; Eleven Great Grandchildren

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington from 9-11:30 A.M. EDT.

Funeral services will be held at the Alexander Funeral Home on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. EDT with Bro. Greg Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Cave Hill Cemetery at 2:00 PM EDT.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
