Mary “Louise” Stull passed away at Baptist Health Hardin on January 11, 2024 leaving behind her loving husband Joseph “Wayne” Stull.
Louise was born on December 20, 1942 in Payneville, KY to the late Jacob Russell Fackler and Mary Loretta Clark Fackler. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by John Jacob Stull (infant son) and Bernard and Susie Fackler (brother and sister-in-law).
She was a proud graduate of Presentation Academy in Louisville. She served in the US Navy from 1963-1965. She married Wayne on January 15, 1966 and was a proud wife and mother. Louise attended St. John the Apostle Church. She was an active parishioner and stood strong in her faith. She was a born again Christian who supported many Christian charitable organizations. Louise retired from Ft. Knox Ireland Army Hospital.
Along with her husband, Louise is survived by her three children, Lea (Chris) Davis-Marsh of Bardstown, Jody (Meranda) Stull of Brandenburg and Josh (Leigh Margaret) Stull of Goshen; a sister, Maggie (Mike) Evans; four brothers, Charles (Mary Helen) Fackler, Harold (Molly) Fackler, Carroll Fackler and Anthony (Andrea) Fackler; as well as eight grandchildren, William (Katie) Davis, Mason Marsh, Daniel Davis, John Stull, Kaylee Stull, Adeline Roberts, Annabelle Roberts and Teagen Stull.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 17, from 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home and on Thursday from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM at St. John the Apostle Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST at St. John the Apostle Church in Brandenburg, KY with burial and meal to follow in the St. Mary Magdalen of Pazzi Cemetery in Payneville, KY.
