Joyce Ann (Duke) Arnold

Mrs. Joyce Ann Arnold, age 71, of Payneville, KY, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. Joyce was born on March 14, 1954, the daughter of Ernest Owen and JoAnn (Conder) Duke. Joyce loved being outdoors, especially camping with her family. She loved all types of flowers and enjoyed planting them in her yard. If she wasn’t outside, you could find her sipping on her coffee while writing in her diary. Most of all, Joyce loved her family and cherished the time spent with them

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and her three siblings, Linda Bewley, Bobby Duke and Billy Duke. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jody Arnold; her three sons, Beaver (Stacey) Arnold, Jason (Tesa) Arnold and Jeffrey (Wendy) Arnold; five grandchildren, Samantha, Sabrina, Boy, Madison (Jacob) and Molly; and four great grandchildren, Emma, Carmine, Talbert and Fiona.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home with Sister Robin Brown officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Magadalen Church Cemetery in Payneville, KY. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday.
