The Great Pumpkin Pursuit and Watermelon Weigh-Off took place at Roberts Family Farm this past weekend. Frank Mudd, of Flaherty, brought home another win in 2023 with his 286 pound watermelon named Miss Meridith (there was a tie for first place). Dave and Carol Stelts, of Pennsylvania, were the champs on the pumpkin side of the competition with a 2,004.5 pound giant.
