Mr. Robert Lee Haynes, age 78, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at his residence.  Robert Was born on February 25, 1948, the son of Raymond Earl Haynes and Dorothy Gladyes (Embry) Riggs.      He was a longtime member of Moose Lodge #1590 and the American Legion Post 46, both in Tipton, IN.      Robert was preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings Barbara Green and Jim Eubanks.  He is survived by his wife, Angela Haynes; four children, Darrin
